In 2002 Pegus Systems grew from the commercial relationship between a prestigious European manufacturer and a North American export marketing company which specializes in adhesives for automotive repair. We have a combined total of 41 years of experience with adhesive manufacturing, and 18 years with polyurethanes.
Our success with polyurethanes for automotive glass replacement is noteworthy. For these products the Pegus factory currently enjoys 9% market share in Europe, and 20% market share in the U.S. Our total polyurethane manufacturing capacity is 45,000,000 cartridges per year. In addition, we’re strengthened by 34 years of experience marketing automotive adhesives in more than 50 countries around the world.
Since the first shipment of Pegus adhesives in July, 2003, average monthly sales have increased by over 300%. The number of countries with functioning Pegus distributors has grown from 6 to 19. Thanks to all this, Pegus Systems has already made strong progress towards it’s goal of establishing a new quality standard, for both adhesives and service!
